- Associate Director, ICT (Jan 2024 – Mar 2026): partnered with Global/HQ ICT leadership to align Singapore’s digital roadmap with group-wide standards; led a multidisciplinary team (Support, Digital Infra, Network, Cloud, BA); drove an “AI-Ready” strategy piloting AI Agents (Copilot Studio) and RAG frameworks for student support; maintained an average AWS Security Hub score of 82%.
- Senior Manager, ICT (Oct 2020 – Dec 2023): ran the “SaaS-First” roadmap, migrating to SharePoint Online and Cloud HRIS; managed campus hardware lifecycle refresh.
- Manager, Infrastructure Development (Dec 2014 – Oct 2020): directed a greenfield campus ICT build and a full physical relocation completed in 15 days; key technical lead on the EduTrust Star accreditation steering committee.
