Live product, not an idea — v2.0, hosted at eduready.thawaio.com. User guide dated 19 May 2026. An AI platform that estimates a Singapore PEI’s EduTrust audit score before the real audit, and manages the full compliance lifecycle around it.

Status: testing on thawaio, not yet migrated to Meiree. thawaio.com is Suraj’s personal sandbox — he builds and tests products there before deciding whether to migrate them to Meiree, his professional/company brand. EduReady is currently in that pre-migration testing phase.

What it does

  • Gap Scanner — upload institutional documents (PDF/DOCX/TXT); AI maps them against all 7 EduTrust criteria / 24 sub-criteria, tags each as Evidenced / Partially Evidenced / Gap, auto-generates a CAP for gaps.
  • Criteria & Scoring — Band 1–5 per sub-criterion, encodes the real rubric: overall score must be ≥500/1000 to pass, sub-criteria 4.2 and 4.6 and all of Criterion 5 must independently hit Band 3+ regardless of total score.
  • Outcomes (Criterion 7) — tracks graduation rate, employment rate, student satisfaction, trends against EduTrust benchmarks.
  • CAP Tracker — Open → In Progress → Pending Verification → Closed workflow, linked to specific sub-criteria, re-scans on new evidence.
  • Audit Overview / Audit Prep — countdown-driven checklist (8w/6w/4w/2w/1w out), AI-ranked priority action list by score impact, Audit Day Pack compilation.
  • Post-Audit — records the official auditor score and compares it against EduReady’s estimate. This is the calibration loop: the mechanism to eventually prove prediction accuracy with real numbers.
  • Regulatory Watch — monitors SSG/CPE/SkillsFuture regulation changes, flags which existing policies may now be non-compliant.
  • Benchmarking — peer PEI comparison by institution type/size. Currently running on demo data, not real usage — this is the one module still ahead of its data.
  • Team & Roles — MR (full access) / HOD (scoped to their criteria) / Admin (read-only), invite-based.
  • Built-in AI help assistant, scoped to the institution’s own compliance state, with a daily message cap implying tiered subscription pricing (tiers not published in the guide).

Competitive position

See edutrust-compliance-scoring-market for the full scan. Short version: nobody else does score prediction. Zegal owns contract e-signing only (1 of 35 items). EduValue is human consulting with no software. Global platforms (Watermark, ARMATURE, Creatrix, Weave, Nuventive) aren’t EduTrust-specific and don’t predict scores either. EduReady is a category of one on the scoring mechanic specifically.
