Email Triage

Runs 3x daily (9AM/1PM/5PM, scheduled mode — drafts saved to outputs/email-triage/ for later review, nothing staged automatically) or on-demand (/email-triage, interactive mode — drafts shown one at a time for approve/edit/skip).
First run 2026-07-01 (interactive): 13 threads classified (0 Act Now, 3 Read Later, 10 Archive). Nothing needed a drafted reply — all automated notifications or already-actioned self-tests. No new real senders for the CRM. Full breakdown: 2026-07-01-2200.
