Personal CRM

Live Notion database: https://app.notion.com/p/85f76d0d23ef44b483641546d5b44ecc (“Personal CRM”). Three views: “All Contacts” (table), “Follow-Up This Week” (table, sorted by Follow-Up Date — Notion’s relative-date filter DSL wasn’t reliable enough to hard-filter, so the automation itself determines what’s actually due each run), “By Company” (board).

Runs weekly, Monday 8:30 AM. Drafts follow-up emails as Gmail drafts (staged, never sent) for contacts due that week.

First run, 2026-07-01: zero real contacts found (correctly empty, see error-log-style reasoning in work/05-personal-crm/CLAUDE.md, “What counts as a real contact” section). Gmail only contained self-testing correspondence between Suraj’s personal address (khangembamsk@outlook.com) and his meiree.com addresses, not real contacts.

Second run, 2026-07-02: first real contact added. Tian Yuan (Yuan Institute) — genuine inbound lead surfaced by Morning Brief, asking for a website proposal. Relationship Score 2/10 (new-lead default), Status New, Follow-Up Date today. Drafted and staged a reply asking him to clarify the AI scope before quoting cost, since no Meiree pricing/service package exists anywhere in the vault to quote from directly — didn’t fabricate numbers. Full run: 2026-07-02.

Added a new Company select option (“Yuan Institute”) to the Notion database, which only had “Unassigned” from initial creation.
